How HIIT Workouts Can Help You Lose Weight

Each class is 45 minutes long, so T2 is a great option for people who want to get in and out quickly. Now, you may be wondering, how does this help me lose weight? Because the workouts are intense and have short rest periods, you will get your heart rate much higher than you would during a normal weightlifting or jogging session. The intensity of the regimen can burn up to 1,500 calories in one class. Additionally, your metabolism is sped up because of this, allowing you to continue burning calories for up to 36 hours after leaving the gym.
