Team Training at Xperience Fitness – Fit

Team Training, known as T2 around Xperience Fitness, is the premier group fitness training class in Wisconsin and the Twin Cities. T2 is broken up into four specialized classes. Here, we will give a quick overview of Fit, one of the T2 classes that is designed around a hardcore endurance and cardiovascular regimen. Take it from one of our trainers. For those looking to enhance cardiovascular endurance, improve run times, or just looking to get a great workout, look no further than Team Training Fit.  In this session, you will use a combination of treadmills, rowers, and bodyweight cardio exercises to torch calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness.  When you add our coaches and your teammates to motivate you to hit your team goal for the session, you have a sure-fire way to become Team Training Fit.
