Adjust your calories
At some point, you’re going to have to reduce your calorie intake if you want to see big-time results. When you lose weight to start, your metabolism can drop because your body requires fewer calories to fuel you. This is because you weigh less, so your body doesn’t need as much energy. Revise your daily calorie goals and you should see more results in the coming weeks.
Change your routine
Working out can get boring and stale if you just do the same few exercises every day. Your muscles become familiar with these workouts which make the exercises less effective. Whether you’re getting it from your food or supplements, protein is essential for building muscle and losing weight. Not only does protein burn more calories during digestion, it acts as an appetite suppressor making you feel less hungry throughout the day.
