What Are the Different Types of Team Training Classes at Xperience Fitness?

Xperience Fitness is an ever-growing and evolving gym. We tailor our services to the needs and desires of our clients because that’s what makes us succeed. New in 2022 is Team Training, otherwise known as T2 for short. Team Training is a group fitness curriculum divided into four different classes. If you’re familiar with Q high-intensity interval training, you will want to know about T2.

Essentially, T2 is the replacement of Q. In years past, Q served as our premier HIIT class and T2 is expanding on that. Much like Q, T2 involves 45-minute long classes that are designed to a singular focus of either building muscle, burning calories, or improving performance. These classes are Strong, Fit, Warrior, and Q (this class remains the same as the Q of old).

T2 Fit

For those looking to enhance cardiovascular endurance, improve run times, or just looking to get a great workout, look no further than Team Training Fit.  In this session, you will use a combination of treadmills, rowers, and bodyweight cardio exercises to torch calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness.  When you add our coaches and your teammates to motivate you to hit your team goal for the session, you have a sure-fire way to become Team Training Fit. 

T2 Strong

Team Training Strong is a resistance training session designed to improve strength and lean muscle. If you’re looking to add some muscle or get a little stronger, this is your spot. The results from this session come from the variety of equipment used including dumbbells, kettlebells, as well as TRX straps, and the proper rep and set ranges that your coach sets to ensure that your muscles are forced to adapt. Knowing the right exercises and amount to do can be hard to figure out, in Team Training Strong we make it easy.

T2 Warrior

Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a fighter in training, or just want to train like one, our coaches have what you are looking for in Team Training Warrior.  This session is a combination of kickboxing, battle ropes, and plyometrics to take your exercise game to another level.  Through our expert coaching and motivation, you have a great supplement to your current exercise routine and you will be ready to take on all challenges. 

T2 Q HIIT

Want the all-in-one fix for resistance and cardiovascular training while torching more calories in 45 mins than most do in two hours?  Look no further than Team Training Q HIIT.  This session is a combination of both strength and cardio training all done while our expert coaches keep you doing intervals to burn calories for up to 48 hours after your session.  Interval training is the cheat code to burning calories, if you’re ready to accelerate what you burn, then come to Team Training Q HIIT.
