4 Most Popular Group Classes at Xperience Fitness
Zumba has been around for years as one of the most popular branded dance classes in the world. Think of it as a fitness dance party with a mixture of fast and slow rhythms. Simply follow the instructor’s lead and you’ll dance your calories away!
Our aqua classes are comprised of Aqua Fit and Aqua Zumba. The latter is fairly self-explanatory as it is a regular Zumba dance class, but it takes place in the pool. Aqua Fit, meanwhile, is an aerobic and resistance training class that is aimed at strengthening your muscles without putting too much stress on your joints. Many other fitness centers don’t offer a pool, so our clients love to take advantage of this amenity!
Body Pump is a pre-choreographed barbell class meant to be a full-body strength workout. This is a great way to introduce yourself to weight training and learn the best exercises for building stronger muscles.
While there is no age requirement, Silver Sneakers is directed at the seniors in our Xperience Fitness family. Silver Sneakers Classic, specifically, is designed to increase muscles strength and overall range of movement. As our bodies age, they require different kinds of maintenance. Exercises in Silver Sneakers classes keep muscles and joints active without damaging them. This makes for easier and more mobile day-to-day life.
