Xperience Fitness Anywhere, otherwise known as XFA, is a great tool many of our club members use. XFA is a way to stay active and connected with your gym no matter where you are. Sometimes, we just don’t have the time in a day to make a trip to the gym and commit at least an hour to our fitness regimen. XFA lets you focus on your workout whenever, wherever, and however you’d like. In 2021, our most popular XFA programs have been the 21 Day Ultimate Reset and the 21 Day Q Effect. XFA 21 Day Ultimate Reset

The 21 day reset is meant to completely revamp your workout routine and push you to your limit with numerous upper-body, lower-body, and HIIT workouts over a three-week period. XFA 21 Day Q Effect

The Q Effect references our very own Q workouts. These exercises are high-intensity and are designed to burn up to 1,000 calories in as little as 45 minutes.
