How To Prepare For HIIT Classes

Short for high-intensity interval training, HIIT, or Team Training (T2) here at Xperience Fitness, is an efficient way to burn tons of calories. It’s also best if you know what you’re getting into. T2 is not for the faint of heart and you should be mentally and physically prepared before signing up. Okay, that admittedly sounds more dramatic than it should, but it’s best to know what to expect!

Xperience Fitness is an ever-growing and evolving gym. We tailor our services to the needs and desires of our clients because that’s what makes us succeed. T2 is a group fitness curriculum divided into four different classes. If you’re familiar with Q high-intensity interval training, you will want to know about T2.

Essentially, T2 is the replacement of Q. In years past, Q served as our premier HIIT class and T2 is expanding on that. Much like Q, T2 involves 45-minute long classes that are designed to a singular focus of either building muscle, burning calories, or improving performance. These classes are Strong, Fit, Warrior, and Q (this class remains the same as the Q of old).

Demo T2 Class

For anyone interested in these classes, we are offering a demo class so you can what it’s all about! All you have to do is fill out this form and we will be in touch. T2 is here to make fitness easier and goal achievement not only possible but inevitable. This program is so complete that if you do nothing else but take these sessions, you have everything you need in your program. In just one T2 class, you can burn up to 1,500 calories and continue burning for hours after due to an uptick in your metabolism.
