1-minute Wall Sit

Set 2

25 Donkey Kicks

25 Hip Thrust

20 Plie Squat with Pulse

20 Walking Lunges

1-minute Wall Sit

Set 3

10 Lunges

20 Jumping Jacks

10 Skater Hops

20 Sumo Squats

Directions:
