15 Minute At Home Abs & Cardio

You can’t get a six-pack of abs quickly, but you can work your way toward one with short workouts if you put in the effort. That’s where high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can come into play. By alternating intense isometric exercises, targeted bending and twisting actions, and high-energy core cardio, you will work the core muscles in every way.

This 15 minute abs and cardio workout is an intense HIIT workout that can be completed at home without any equipment.

Set 1 (repeat 2 times):

Mountain Climbers (30 seconds),
Side Plank (60 seconds),
High Knees (30 seconds),
Standing Side Crunch (60 seconds)

Set 2 (repeat 2 times):

V-Ups (60 seconds),
Mountain Climber (30 seconds),
Russian Twists (60 seconds),
Plank (60 seconds)

Directions:
Complete the exercises below, in order, taking a 30-second rest every two exercises. 


One of the best things about ab workouts is that you can hit abs every day. Unless you’re adding significant resistance to your ab routine or working them so hard that they are noticeably sore the next day, you’re safe to work them every day. But just because you can work your abs every day, doesn’t mean it’s the most effective way to attain a strong core, flat abs or lean physique. A balanced diet and exercise routine is the only way to achieve that.
