Healthy Recipes – Berry & Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup yogurt (plant-based, plain yogurt, or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the berries, and if some are too big, chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to a mason jar.
  • Add half of the chopped fruit.
  • Add the remaining yogurt.
  • Top with the rest of the mixed berries, granola (see notes), maple syrup, and coconut flakes.
  • Seal the lids and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • When you are ready to eat the yogurt parfaits, simply remove them from the fridge, mix, and enjoy.
