  • 2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your choosing)
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 scoop vanilla NRG Protein Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, sprinkles, cherry
