Healthy Recipe – Gingerbread Protein Drink

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 pumps sugar-free Gingerbread Syrup (in the absence of this use 1/8 tsp ginger + a pinch of nutmeg + a drop or two of maple extract)

Instructions

  • For a cold drink, combine all ingredients and pour over ice
  • For a warm drink, combine all ingredients and heat in mircrowave for 60-90 seconds
  • Optionally top with whipped cream
