These 4 healthy and guilt-free treats below will allow you to satisfy your sweet tooth while still being health conscious.


Fruity Popsicle

For this recipe you need to have a popsicle mold handy. The fruit used in this recipe is meant to be a guideline, so feel free to make substitutions.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Blueberries
2 kiwis
2 peaches
5 strawberries
32 oz. water (sparkling or still)

Directions:
Layer the fruit into the popsicle molds and top with water.
Insert popsicle sticks and allow them to freeze for up to 5 hours.

Easy Watermelon Gelato

Ingredients:
5 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup sliced banana
OPTIONAL ½ tbsp sweetener of choice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Serve immediately.

Frozen Yogurt & Granola Cups

For this recipe, you will need a muffin tin and some tin liners.
Ingredients:
1 cup granola
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. honey
3 cups nonfat yogurt

Directions:
Combine granola, butter and honey and press into the bottom of the muffin tin.
Add the yogurt to the top of the granola mixture and complete with your favorite toppings (strawberries, chocolate chips, blueberries).
Freeze until solid (about 5 hours).

Mint & Lime Slushy

Ingredients:
6 limes, juiced
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup mint leaves
2 cups water

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and top with ice.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
