Collections Specialist/Customer Service Representative (APPLETON, WI ONLY)

Responsibilities:

        • Actively listens and acknowledges members to understand their side of the problem.
        • Informs members about past due accounts consecutively until the member is aware of the situation.
        • Thoroughly explains processes and billing information to members.
        • Utilizes investigative techniques to acquire pertinent member information.
        • Negotiates with the member until they commit to a payment plan and agree to pay what is owed.
        • Advises, and thoroughly informs, about membership agreements, billing, and company policies & procedures.
        • Resolves all member concerns via phone, email, & through a live chat system in a professional and timely manner.
        • Prepares for customer inquiries by studying Xperience Fitness services and processes.
        • Performs various clerical and related data entry tasks for the entire member base of the company.
        • Files, sorts, and copies compiling information.
Qualities:
– Acts professional and can communicate effectively while talking on the phone – Bilingual : English-Spanish is preferred – Able to multitask, work independently and possess time management skills. – Requires being positive, friendly, helpful, and supportive while speaking with a pleasant tone. – Strong communication and problem-solving skills – Arrives to work on time for each shift that he/she is scheduled for with the ability to meet daily expectations. – Effectively explores all options to reach a conclusive solution for each member’s unique concern. – Adapts easily to consistently changing environments and is still able to handle priorities, responsibilities and needs from members and coworkers. Arrives to scheduled shifts on time with the ability to meet daily expectations.
