When Pam joined Xperience Fitness, she measured 5’2″ tall and weighed in at 168 pounds. Like many of our members, her primary goal was to cut down a little bit of weight. She sought to achieve her goals more quickly by working with a personal trainer. “I was looking to lose weight and get into shape,” she told us. “Within a month, I started training with Nate, who is a personal trainer with Xperience, and have been seeing him twice a week since (joining).”
Utilizing a personal trainer is such an effective method for losing weight because they can provide vital information and education on how to lose weight, eat right, and exercise properly. In the weeks and months after meeting Nate, Pam saw progress and ended up exceeding her own expectations and lost 30 pounds! “(I) feel so much better physically and mentally,” she said. “I was constantly encouraged, as the weight came off, to keep going by Nate and the other staff members. Joining Xperience Fitness and having Nate as my personal trainer is the best thing I’ve done for myself.”
