Re-Opening Access, and Amenities
When will all Xperience Fitness locations be open?
The health and safety of our members is our highest priority. We are working diligently to remain connected with the state mandates. All Wisconsin locations will open on June 1st, and Minnesota locations will open in phase 4 of the Minnesota Stay Safe Plan.
What amenities will/do you have for reopening?
Cardio and Resistance training with some equipment shut down to account for social distancing. We will rotate the pieces that are not to be used each week
Locker Room and Showers with limited locker use to promote social distancing, however, air dryers and water fountains will be turned off
Pool will be open but limited to one person per lane and saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools will be shut down.
Tanning, Red Light, and Hydro Massage will be available.
Kids Club will not be open in our first phase due to social distancing needs.
Do you have the same hours or have they changed?
Our current operating hours are Monday-Friday 5 am – 10 pm and Saturday-Sunday 6 am-8 pm. Changes to these hours will be something that will be evaluated in the future.
When will Q, PT, and Group Exercise be available?
Personal Training and Q will be offered with safety precautions in both and a limit of 8 in our Q classes.
Group Exercise will reopen on Monday June 15th with a limited schedule and social distancing practices in place.
Will you still provide your virtual fitness classes (XF At Home)?
Virtual classes will continue throughout Phase 1 of opening the clubs. Schedules may be modified with members being notified through social media.
Billing – Applies to Wisconsin Locations on June 1, 2020
When will I be billed for my membership?
Membership billing will restart on June 1st. You will be billed on your normal billing date. All accounts will receive a prorated credit for payments made but the gym was unavailable due to state ordered shut down.
When will my AMF come out?
All Annual Maintenance Fee payments due between March 17 and June 30 have been moved to July.
When does my personal training billing start
All Personal Training payments have been suspended until you are able to begin training again.
When does my Q billing start
Billing will resume for all Q members on June 15th and your normal Q monthly payment will come out on your billing date after June 15th.
Q members will not be responsible for payments that would have billed between 3/23 and June 15th and anyone that has prepaid Q will be given a 3-month extension to their expiration date.
When does my Kids Club billing start
Kids Club payments will begin on June 15 when Kids Club reopens.
Can I freeze my Membership, PT, or Q?
Members who wish to freeze their membership, Q service, or PT service can do so by contacting our customer service and requesting a freeze. Anyone that had requested a freeze prior to our clubs shutting down will not be removed from freeze without member confirmation.
If I cannot use all of the facilities, will I be billed the full cost of my membership?
Your membership will remain the same, should you choose to downgrade your membership, you may do so.
