If cycling is your preferred sport, Xperience Fitness of Green Bay currently offers four classes to improve your cycling skills. These classes provide core training and help the participant build endurance. Cycling has many health benefits, including increased cardiovascular fitness, strengthened muscles, decreased stress levels, improved body posture, and development of coordination. Our team of knowledgeable instructors will empower participants with core training, aerobic workout, and improved endurance.
