Alexis Rose was beginning to feel unfamiliar to herself, like a stranger in her own body, when she noticed she was beginning to buy clothes three sizes larger than she was used to. This unfamiliarity triggered Rose to sign up for Xperience Fitness in early 2018. But bad habits are hard to break, and Rose was stuck in an endless cycle of starting to exercise before abruptly stopping. It was when she committed to the Q Experience that Rose finally started dropping weight, losing 27 pounds in just over six months.

Like most, Amanda Hanson has always felt like she was on a “weight loss journey.” She had convinced herself that she was eating healthy enough and working out with intent at the gym, but the results were not consistent or equal to the work she thought she was putting in. When she joined an 8-week transformation challenge in July 2018, Hanson was finally learning how to properly eat right and exercise, and it made all of the difference. In just 11 months, Hanson has lost 18 pounds and is down 11 percent body fat.

Ken Bailey has always been big guy, standing 6 feet 9 inches. As Bailey lived most of his life being 6’9” and over 300 pounds he did not realize how much weight he was actually gaining. It was when his daughter made a comment about his weight that he decided to put his health first. Now, just over one year later, Bailey is down 160 pounds and has reduced his body fat from 68 percent to 19 percent.

Last March, Tara Novotny was tired of feeling insecure and uncomfortable in her own body. At the heaviest she had ever been, Novotny knew she had to make positive changes in all facets of her life. To kick off her weight loss journey, Novotny began working out at Xperience Fitness.

When Daniel Zogaa began his weight loss journey in March 2016, he was over 415 pounds. Over the course of the next three years, he lost 110 pounds but continued to lose and regain the same weight. After hearing Zogaa’s journey, Malzahn approached him an told him about the 28-day challenge. From there, Zogaa began to drop the weight that always seemed to make a reappearance.

Hiding under baggy clothes is a staple move for those unhappy with the way their body looks, and Cayla Ciszek was no different. Two years ago, in June 2017, Cayla decided to take her health into her own hands and focus on changing her lifestyle. Now, two years later, Calya is down 35 pounds.
