Looking for an aqua class to improve your swimming skills? Xperience Fitness offers two aqua classes tailored to improve coordination and body movement in the water: AQUAFIT and AquaZumba. Swimming has many benefits, and since it is a total-body workout, it is a great choice for providing cardiovascular exercise, reducing calories, improving upper body, and developing core strength. If you are a swimming enthusiast, get started with an AQUAFIT class today!

For those who enjoy Zumba, we have a unique class that blends Zumba with traditional aqua fitness techniques. The result is a fun, engaging class and a cardio-conditioning experience that we call AquaZumba. If you are looking for a workout session in the pool that’s both active and fun to participate in, look no further than AquaZumba!
