Any big plans for the 4th of July?

Hopefully everyone gets to spend time relaxing and soaking up some sunshine by the pool or at the beach!

Xperience Fitness will be open on Friday, July 4th, until 12pm (NOTE: there will be NO Group Exercise classes or Kid’s Club), but if you can’t make it in, kick off your 4th of July celebrations with this FIRECRACKER WORKOUT. Then spend the rest of the day relaxing with family and friends.



Light your body on fire with 40 seconds of work, then 20 seconds of rest. No special equipment is required – just get up and get moving! Complete the circuit 3-5 times.

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Single Leg Squats (40 seconds each side)
  • Tricep Dips
  • Side Plank (40 seconds each side)
  • Walking Lunges
  • Push Ups
  • Burpees
  • Regular Plank
