Group exercise classes consist of many different formats to meet your fitness needs. Come work out in a fun, motivating and challenging environment. Working out in a group setting helps keep you motivated and accountable to your workouts. From boot camps to muscle conditioning, yoga, and indoor cycling, the fitness instructors will challenge and improve your body and overall fitness.

  • Aqua Classes

    AquaFit

    A great aerobic and resistance training class in the water that will help strengthen your muscles without putting added stress on your joints.

    AquaZumba

    The popular Latin dance class goes into the water! It’s a fun “pool party” dance workout with high energy and music that blends the Zumba formula with traditional aqua fitness disciplines to bring you a safe, challenging, water-based workout. It’s cardio-conditioning, bodytoning, and exhilarating!

    BodyAttack

    A pre-choreographed sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

    BodyCombat

    A pre-choreographed, empowering high-intensity cardio workout for all fitness levels. Inspired by karate, boxing, and Taekwondo, this class combines agility, sports conditioning, boxing, and kick boxing.

    BODYSTEP™

    A pre-choreographed energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive! conditioning tracks to shape and tone.

    Funk

    The high-energy, dance-fitness class where FUN and FITNESS are the priority. Inspires movement, passion, empowerment and energy and there is always room for one more, because everybody can get this.

    HIIT

    (High Intensity Interval Training) Non-stop, powerhouse workout, guaranteed to burn calories and get your heart pumping!

    INSANITY

    You’ve seen it on TV, now experience it! Packed with plyometric drills and intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training, you’ll get a safe, challenging, and results-driven workout.

    INSANITY/PIYO

    30 minutes of Insanity followed by 30 minutes of PiYo.

    TBK - Total Body Kickboxing

    This full body workout challenges the cardiovascular system through easy to follow, kickboxing patterns. These patterns will alternate with weighted sets of resistance. Participants will punch, kick, block, and tone their bodies in this fun and challenging workout! Come on, step into the ring!

    PIYO

    Blends Pilates and Yoga for a workout like no other! Improve your strength, balance and athletic ability with a Piyo fitness class!

    POUND

    A full-body jam session, combining light resistance drumsticks with constant simulated drumming. The workout infuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45 minute class.

    P90X

    P90X offers a rich variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance training, strength training, plyometrics, ab work, and more.

    R.I.P.P.E.D

    Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet.

    SILVERSNEAKERS CARDIO

    Safe and heart-healthy aerobics are gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises.

    Barre XF

    Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and abs and burns fat in record-breaking time. Utilizing ballet, yoga, and Pilates to perform small isometric movements.

    Body Flow

    A pre-choreographed blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. This workout builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm with controlled breathing, concentration, and more!

    Body Flow/CX

    30 min of BodyFlow followed by CXWorx.

    Fusion

    A blend of Yoga and Pilates that provides a strength challenge with focus on the core and full-body flexibility.

    Mat work is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, as well as aligning the whole body using fun exercises that challenge and balance you.

    KETTLEBELL

    Fast, fun and effective 30-minute training program to get your body moving in 3 directions & on 3 planes for more effective whole body workout. We focus on the key areas of cardio, core & resistance.

    KETTLEWORX

    A pre-choreographed Kettlebell workout! Great, fun and EFFECTIVE workout using innovative 3-dimmensional training. The focus is on cardio, core and resistance workouts utilizing the kettle bell to get your body moving in all directions and on 3 planes for a more effective whole body workout!

    SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC

    Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

    TONE UP

    The basics of strength resistance, with all the tools and none of the impact.
